Your land registry credentials
- They are encrypted before being stored in the database.
- They are used solely to run the searches you launch yourself.
- You can remove them at any time from your settings.
Where your data lives
- Your files, your documents and your account are hosted on Microsoft Azure, in Canadian regions.
- Exchanges with the platform go over an encrypted connection.
- Two-factor authentication is available on your account.
Artificial intelligence processing
- Your documents are not used to train models, neither by us nor by our providers.
- Your documents and your conversations are read by AI models hosted in Canada, like your documents.
- One disclosed exception: reading public land register documents (handwritten property indexes, published deeds) is entrusted to Claude, Anthropic's model, subscribed through Microsoft Azure. Reading takes place on Anthropic's infrastructure, in the United States or in other countries (Europe, Asia, Australia); data is stored in the United States. This model is chosen for its reliability on handwriting. Your uploaded documents and your conversations are never sent to it.
Control stays with the professional
