The index is consulted and analyzed, the entries listed, then filtered according to the mutation and charge periods you set.
Cadastral history
The lot's lineage is followed through cadastral renovations back to the original lot, with the index of every lot encountered along the way.
Downloading the deeds
Every deed retained is downloaded and attached to the file, with no action on your part.

Text extraction
The text of PDFs is extracted and then structured. Scanned documents go through optical recognition when the text isn't directly readable.
Manual correction
Any imperfect extraction can be corrected by hand: you are the one who decides what a deed says.
Location certificate
Upload it: its information pre-fills the search form instead of being retyped.
In your file
Conversation grounded in the documents
Ask your questions about the file and get answers accompanied by their sources, drawn from the documents gathered.
Execution log
Every search keeps a record of what was consulted, retained, set aside, and of what the agent could not obtain. An incomplete search is flagged as such, never presented as finished.
Live tracking
The search's progress is displayed while it runs. You can close the tab and come back later.
