Does NotairIA replace my professional judgment?
No, and that isn't the goal. NotairIA prepares the file: collection, extraction, organization. The legal analysis and the decision remain entirely yours.
What kinds of searches does NotairIA work on?
Searches at Quebec's land registry, by lot or by deed, with the mutation and charge periods you choose, and the option to include cancelled deeds.
Can I correct what the agent produced?
Yes. The text extracted from each document can be edited, and the execution log lets you check what was consulted and retained.
Security and confidentiality
What do you do with my land registry credentials?
They are encrypted in the database and used solely to run the searches you launch yourself. You can remove them at any time from your settings.
Where is my data hosted?
In Canada. NotairIA is incorporated in Quebec and designed for Quebec notarial practice, including the obligations of Law 25.
Are my documents used to train models?
No, neither by us nor by our providers. The conversation model offered by default is hosted in Canada. Other models, hosted in the United States, remain available if you choose them explicitly: each one's region is shown in the application.
Reliability
What happens if the agent can't complete a search?
The search is marked partial or failed, never presented as complete. The execution log tells you what was obtained and what wasn't.
Does NotairIA guarantee that a search is exhaustive?
No, and be wary of anyone who would promise it. NotairIA gathers and organizes; verifying exhaustiveness is part of your professional examination. The execution log is there to let you carry it out.

How does billing work?
By credits, according to the plan you choose. You receive 30 credits on sign-up, without a credit card, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your subscription settings.
